Credit Karma had a problem: they were mostly known as a free credit score app, but they were oh-so-much more. So we tapped into the general apathy around managing your finances and used a few other scary things to show how far a little confidence can take you in life.
Our first campaign for Credit Karma came with a new tagline, a whole new look and feel, and a triple-jointed circus clown that scared the holy hell out of a lot of people on Twitter.
Most people don’t know how to separate credit fact from credit myth. So for our follow-up campaign, we sought to educate people with the help of some actual walking, talking (and at times slightly misty-eyed) myths.
